A Piece Of Tattered Parchment

The tattered parchment reads:

Let not the First be stirred before his time, and cursed and blessed are those who disturb him before he wakes. We who wait his return from the long sleep, we who are charged with protecting his peace, we must grant his rest, restore his slumber, should fools' feet fall where none should tread.

Thus must we journey to a shrine the First prepares beyond these our holy halls. And there the Rite of Morning will wake the altar and grant us our revelation.
